Lallemand Bio-Ingredients has launched its newest product – the Prime-Lyfe 175A. A yeast extract that intensifies taste by enhancing and lengthening savory notes.
Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Prime-Lyfe 175 A is a yeast extract derived from primary grown yeast of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The product is a light beige powder with high protein content. It intensifies taste by enhancing savory notes, compared to our standard Lyfe yeast extract, Prime-Lyfe 170A.
Suggested Applications:
Prime-Lyfe 175 A can be used to add or help enhance chicken and overall taste to low sodium soups, sauces and prepared meals.
