Bakon® SFBN, is milder than Bakon® HFBN, both known for the unique smoked profile. These products impart typical BBQ flavor notes and are ideal for meat applications, soups, stews, snack foods, dry seasoning mixes, and vegan and vegetarian meals. The recommended dosage range is 0.5 to 3.0% in the finished product.
