Beef-extract classic
It is a yeast extract derived from yeast of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
The allergen-free light brown powder provides the characteristic beef notes of a meat extract. It is useful to enhance and add savory, meaty notes to plant-bed soups, sauces, snacks, meat analogues, as well as for meat preparations and stews. Thanks to its taste and flavor profile,

Chicken, boiled
Savor-Lyfe® CB adds to the preparation a significant longer-lasting flavor, and a much deeper flavor sensation.
With Savor-Lyfe® CB, the umami perception is strongly enhanced, while the boiled chicken flavor is characterized by a pronounced and authentic sensation.
The saltiness perception is slightly enhanced by Savor-Lyfe® CB, thus allowing a potential sodium reduction.

Soy sauce, classic
It is a yeast extract derived from yeast of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae with the addition of a natural flavoring. The result is an allergen-free light brown powder with characteristic umami, savory impact and the typical soy sauce flavor notes.
Add Savor-Lyfe® SSC to soups, sauces, marinades, snacks, and spice blends, to enjoy its ethic cuisine profile. At relatively high dosages (1-2%) its slightly bitter and metallic notes contribute to giving juiciness and a bloody profile to meat substitutes.
Savor-Lyfe® does not contain added salt.
