Yesto-Seal® products are inactive whole cell brewers and nutritional yeast from Saccharomyces cerevisiae in powder form, suitable for direct compression for use in tablets and capsules. These powder products are inherently rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and choline and are perfect for natural supplementation.
Yesto-Seal® 004
A directly compressible brewers yeast that has been inactivated by heat and dried. It has mildly bitter, savory and roasted flavors. Yesto-Seal® 004 is high in B vitamins, contains high quality proteins and is a very good source of choline.
Yesto-Seal® 008
A directly compressible nutritional yeast, gluten-free. Yesto-Seal® 008 is a primary grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast with a nutty roasted flavor. It is high in B vitamins, contains high quality proteins and is rich in choline.
