Starting from a Saccharomyces cerevisiae primary grown yeast, we produce a mild, meaty flavored yeast extract, rich in proteins and amino acids. By adding selected ingredients and applying moderate heat, we intensify its flavoring characteristics, to a long-lasting, intense boiled chicken profile. This is how our new ingredient in the Savor-Lyfe™ portfolio is born.
