The European Organic Regulation 848/2018 is postponed to Jan 2022.

The European Organic Regulation 848/2018 entry into force has been postponed to January 2022, with a decision taken by the EU Commission on Sept. 4th.
The Council Regulation 834/2007 setting out the principles, aims, and overarching rules of organic production and defining how organic products should be labeled, is still in force, complemented by Commission implementing acts on the production, distribution, and marketing of organic goods.
